OUR BRING YOGA & MEDITATION TO YOUR OFFICE CLASSES
Now, more then ever - we need our poise, calm, strength and flexibility.
We have implemented changes that are designed to keep you safe in the environment you practice in, see Safety Guidelines
We offer corporate Yoga, Pilates, Tai-Chi and Meditation classes in our studio (or on-site if required) which are tailored to your company's need and designed to suit both men and women of all ages and fitness levels. As well as mixed yoga classes, our yoga teachers can teach female only and men only classes if required.
Our programmes can help you and your employees to increase energy levels, decrease fatigue, strengthen and tone the body and teach stress relieving techniques. All of our classes are suitable to those who have been inactive due to work or sports related injury.
By attending a 45 minute lunch class or a one hour before or after work class once or twice per week, we promise that you and your staff will head back to work feeling restored, energised and more focused to deal with the daily activities at work.
If you are looking to improve the overall health and wellbeing of your staff, we have the classes for you!
"We hold a weekly Yoga class in our workplace & everyone is enjoying it & feeling the Benefit! I would highly recommend Lotus Yoga to any individual or company." - Revenue
“All feedback has been positive - so we’re delighted. We very much enjoyed the classes.” - Bank of Ireland
"We attend lunch time yoga classes at Lotus Yoga Studio exclusively for ‘Sigmar Recruitment' staff. We find their purpose designed studio very airy, clean and comfortable. Yoga teachers and staff are very professional, friendly and accommodating to our needs. Our staff come back to work refreshed and focused and thoroughly enjoy the classes - overall an excellent experience." - Sigmar Recruitment
“Lotusyoga recently delivered a bespoke introductory course of meditation at the Irish Blood Transfusion Service. The target group comprised of a few with some experience of meditation, a fair number of eager and interested people and a small cohort of cynics. The result was 100% enjoyment and appreciation, and a complete turnaround of opinion by the cynics! Time was very limited due to the nature of our shift patterns but for half an hour each week at lunchtime we benefitted from an oasis of instructive calm which came only too quickly to an end. I would heartily recommend anyone to contact Lotusyoga to arrange similar sessions for work place sessions.” – St James’s Hospital
Yoga at Work practices can provide numerous benefits: Less sick days lost
Yoga revitalises the immune system and the major organs of the body, removing waste products such as alcohol up to three times more quickly. Improved immunity means less work days are lost through colds, fatigue and other non-specific illnesses.
Better problem solving skills
Yoga harmonises the left and right sides of the brain so that logical and creative thought come together as one. Flashes of inspiration should become increasingly common.
Quicker response time
By training you in the art of single pointedness, office yoga immediately improves mental concentration and focus.
The ability to Stay Cool
Stress is like an enclosing wall all around us. Yogic deep breathing and yoga stretches create a genuine sense of inner and outer space. Tightening deadlines, interpersonal conflict and other stresses will lose their grip as you learn to breathe and stand your ground.
The Happiness Factor
Yoga physiologically transforms apathy and depression by oxygenating the brain and increasing the level of endorphins in the blood. Yoga classes at work create a positive atmosphere
Energy and Vitality
Yoga awakens hidden reserves of energy within your nervous, endocrine and cardio-vascular systems so that lethargy and fatigue are replaced by alertness and aliveness. Productivity therefore improves.
Improved Self Esteem
People work better when they feel good about themselves. By executing demanding physical yoga postures, your confidence will grow - even after your first class.
Stronger Team Bonds
Taking yoga classes together is a way to build better communication and trust between members of a team and even have fun.
