Hatha Flow


The emphasis in Hatha Flow is on moving at a pace that is energetic enough will still staying very much connected with the breath and the moment, bring together elements from the various different styles of yoga. 

The class focuses on correct alignment, breathing, movement and focusing the mind. Students are encouraged to listen to their own bodies, be kind to themselves and find their own ‘inner guide’. Students will leave the class feeling energised, relaxed and grounded.
