Starting soon, Saturday 9th & Monday 11th May, and new to Lotus Yoga, you will experience a dynamic free flowing one hour class incorporating strengthening exercises, stretching and stabilising movementssuitable for absolute beginners to seasoned athletes. This class is also particularly suitable for injury rehabilitation and injury prevention for those involved in all types of sports.

Whether you are trying to tone up, want to work on core strength or recently had a baby, Pilates classes will improve your level of fitness on your way to better overall physical health.
