Safety Guidelines
 
We have implemented some changes that are designed to keep you safe in the environment you practice in. We have these policies and protocols positioned and highlighted throughout the studio and ask that you fully respect them. Our teachers will be on hand to help you every step of the way and to answer any queries that you may have. 
 
Please see below some of the important points that we need you to follow:
 
·    If you are feeling unwell please do not come to the studio
·    Social Distancing must be practised in all areas
·    Wash and sanitize your hands when you arrive and when you leave the studio
·    Sanitize equipment before and after use
·    Bring your own mat, equipment, towels, drinks etc
·    Where possible, you are requested to come to the yoga class already dressed
 
The name, address, email and telephone numbers of each participant will be recorded. Thus, we can determine who participated in which yoga session and chains of possible infection can be traced.
 
We are learning every day as we move along. We welcome and value your suggestions and if there are any shortcomings please let us know.
